Alternative Investment Fellowship Program (AIFP)
SEO AIFP gives you the training, mentoring and access you need to secure an associate role on the buyside. From curated alternative investments curriculum to exclusive mentorship from your dream firm and private networking opportunities, AIFP provides you with the tools to start thinking like an investor.
SEO AIFP is for you if:
- You’re a first, second, or third-year investment banking analyst or management consultant looking to compete for coveted MBA buyside roles
- You’re motivated to secure an associate role on the buyside

Investment Academy
SEO Investment Academy is SEO Alternative Investments’ pipeline program that introduces candidates to the broad world of alternative investments. Through year-round programming and engagement, Investment Academy equips candidates with the foundational knowledge necessary to launch a career on the buyside.
SEO Investment Academy is for you if:
- You’re a first, second, or third-year investment banking analyst or management consultant
- You’re interested in private equity, hedge funds, credit, real estate, infrastructure, or other buyside roles
- You want insider guidance to gain an edge in your recruiting process
Application schedule:
SEO Investment Academy accepts applications on a rolling basis from early fall to late spring.
Credit Academy
SEO Credit Academy prepares professionals to secure credit investment roles. We equip you with the tools and insights needed to excel in this highly competitive field.
SEO Credit Academy is for you if:
- You’re a college senior with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.3 / 4.0 for Business, Economics or Finance at an accredited US University with a full-time job offer in a relevant industry or
- You have relevant professional experience in investment banking, credit capital markets, or credit trading and research

Endowments & Foundations Fellowship (E&F)
This fellowship program aims to place eligible candidates interested in this career track into full-time investment roles with one of our E&F partners. The program focuses on honing your specific investor lens, gained from your initial years in investment banking or investment management.
SEO E&F is for you if:
- You’re curious about a career in investment management with a focus on alternative investments
- You want to learn more about asset allocation, portfolio management and manager selection
- You’re interested in a career where you invest in multiple asset classes with the goal of generating cash flows to support philanthropic impact
