What is FCT?
The FCT track includes training in finance and accounting, corporate services, and technology. Get customized training for individualized corporate topics including human resources, marketing, legal, strategy, operations, and general finance and accounting.
Each area offers over 100 hours of specified industry training in addition to soft skills training from the top internship program in finance and accounting, corporate services, and technology while jumpstarting your career with a paid internship (avg. summer salary $10K+).

Finance and Accounting:
Accounting focuses on tracking and recording financial transactions while finance looks ahead, using historical data to forecast and drive business growth. These roles require analytical and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and work independently and include managing day-to-day finances and guiding strategic decisions of a firm. Key functional areas including financial planning and analysis, business unit finance, financial operations, corporate development, controls, audit, risk, tax and treasury.
SEO training includes:
advanced Excel, financial analysis and accounting certifications.

These roles require strong communicators with problem-solving skills, and someone detail-oriented with the ability to think creatively outside the box.

Technology:
The tech track focuses on tech inside an investment bank or a corporate firm, creating and applying innovative solutions that drive productivity and enable these revenue generating businesses to meet their strategic goals. Successful candidates need a variety of technical and interpersonal skills such as proficiency in object-oriented programming, artificial intelligence and machine learning, information security and other areas gained through coursework and participation in tech-related internships or personal projects. Covers areas in hardware/software engineering, IT infrastructure, cyber security, UI/UX design, product management and more.
SEO training includes:
LeetCode, Python, SQL, and other programs relevant to the specific internship.
Roles available include:
Software engineering, global markets technology team, it services, data management, product development, cybersecurity, help desk, tech consultant, quantitative analytics and user experience.
