What is AIIB?
The AIIB track includes offerings of over 100 hours of training in Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Alternative Investments on topics such as M&A, financial statement analysis, discounted cash flow, valuation fundamentals and advanced excel modeling.
- Investment Banking: Advisory and execution of mergers and acquisitions and financing via capital markets (debt and equity).
- Corporate Banking: Wide range of financial services to corporations like credit, treasury services, employer services, and IB services.
- Alternative Investments: Investments in privately held businesses (investment different from equity / debt). Identify and assess opportunities, raise capital, execute transactions, hold investments, and divest.
Roles available in AIIB include:
Investment banking, corporate and commercial banking, public finance, risk, private equity, private credit, growth equity, venture capital and more.
