The Fellowship is purely an educational program. Although the program is designed to better position participants to work in the alternative investments sector within a stand-alone firm or an investment bank after their analyst programs, SEO can’t promise or guarantee employment.
No, Fellows aren’t paid. The Fellowship is an educational program designed to complement the learning that occurs while individuals are employed as full-time analysts and/or management consultants.
No, there’s no fee to apply or become a fellow.
Yes! This is an exciting journey, and we encourage parents to be as active as possible. SEO partners with parents to give your child what they need to matriculate and graduate from college. This includes, but isn’t limited to, having you participate in orientation, attend annual meetings, and more.
SEO Scholars Program
All SEO Scholars enter our eight-year program in the ninth grade, and receive year-round academic training and guidance. During high school, students receive over 700 hours of additional ELA and math instruction and then receive continuous academic advising, career development, and support throughout college. That’s at least eight years of ongoing support.
SEO Scholars is available in four locations: New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area feature an in-person curriculum, while North Carolina and Miami are hybrid.
