The SEO Alpha Academy offers a series of events to help participants gain the understanding and preparation you need to successfully compete for investment roles. We also offer one-on-one coaching and mentorship for candidates interviewing for public equity investment roles at long-only and hedge funds.

Opportunities to meet the newest class in person and engage in organized speed networking at welcome receptions and networking events
Complimentary passes to attend AICON in New York City and connect with bright and talented professionals in attendance
Opportunities to connect with prospective candidates for Coffee Chats and informational discussions, to develop relationships before any formal recruiting
A Fellowship class resume book in addition to customized resume books several times a year, plus the chance to reach out to any candidate or inquire with the SEO Partner team about any resumes

The SEO Alternative Investments Alpha Academy was built on the success of the Alternative Investments Fellowship Program (AFIP), with the goal of SEO Alternative Investments creating a pipeline of outstanding young professionals in the financial community to educate them about entering the long-only and hedge fund industry as investment professionals.
There will be a series of events designed to create awareness and educate you about long only and the hedge fund industry. You’ll hear from partner firms about their culture, interview process, etc., attend panels with professionals working in the industry, have access to networking opportunities, gain resources for education, and more.
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
